Ease of booking and the staff during our stay were excellant. There was always soemone there to answeer any queries or questions. The esrvice they provided was first class.

Me and my Mum spending a few days in Arundel and surrounds using a car. Ideal - disabled parking right outside and quiet friendly good service. Great buffet breakfasts and extra eggs made to order. Good for drivers and mature bikers. Not an up-market place or town-centre but suited us just fine.

Nice bar with seating inside and outside. Breakfast buffet was very good.

For exploring the Arundel / Brighton area you could not do better than this motel. It is located in a service area just outside the town of Arundel on a major road junction. Sharing the enclave is a service station, Subway, Spar market and McDonalds. Lots of parking and easy access to rooms for luggage, no steps. The rooms are routine size and services but the cleanliness is great and the staff very friendly. Excellent full buffet breakfast. So easy to drive out and into town to see attractions. Noise level low even with windows open. Staff anxious to please guests.

NEGATIVE:

Hotel is slightly old fashioned and a little shabby in spots with smokers area out the front. Otherwise excellent.

POSITIVE:

Next to a McDonald's yay... next to a petrol station and a spar... perfect location.

NEGATIVE:

Parking was full

We stay regularly at this hotel and have never been disappointed. The room offered is always impeccably clean and comfortable providing a pleasant stay and good night's sleep. It represents good value for the price paid.

While planning our countryside getaway, my husband and I decided that Arundel was our destination, but we were yet to find a hotel that catered for the needs of our stay. Eventually, Comfort Inn was recommended to us and we were told the hotel provides all the essentials you need and more - We were thoroughly impressed by the result, it definitely stays true to its name! The rooms were very cosy and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, internet and tv. We were able to make the most of our trip with easy access to public transport and the staff were always more than happy to help with any local information. The breakfasts were delicious, making mornings our favourite part of the day! All in all, the stay at Comfort Inn Arundel contributed to making this a memorable trip for us both. We would love to visit the hotel again.

Nice hotel, excellent location and more importantly the team are very friendly and the manager who was at the front desk was very cooperative. Breakfast was really very good. Value for money. Would definitely visit here again.

We would highly recommend this hotel in terms of value for money, cleanliness and the staff are so friendly they can’t do enough for you. The breakfast although basic English breakfast in terms of value for money is all you can eat. Also great location for visiting local area

NEGATIVE:

Nothing at all to dislike

we were in a room at the back that was so quiet that we could here the owls outside. No traffic noises, we could have been in the middle of the country.

We felt valued as customers with the welcome at Reception. The room was warm, quiet, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent value and of good quality.

ADVICE TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELERS: As good as any, better than many.
