Thank you for choosing to stay with The Comfort inn Arundel during these uncertain times. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure you are able to enjoy your stay while keeping safe. 

Hygiene & Safety

We are ensuring good hygiene procedures and particularly, regular and thorough hand cleaning is adopted by the whole team. We are also regularly cleaning surfaces & handles with disinfectant.

Like all businesses, we are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. It Is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our guests and staff alike.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have put even more precautionary and safety measures in place. We are following Choice Hotels International 'Commitment to Clean Program' as well as electing a 'Commitment to Clean Captain'. All our team members have been trained in line with Choice Hotels and government guidelines to effectively deal with these unusual times. All our risk assessments are under constant review to enable us to implement the best possible practices for the safety of all our guests and team members.

These include:

  • Making staff aware of prevention
  • Emphasizing even more frequent and proper handwashing
  • Regularly cleaning all areas with appropriate cleaning chemicals.
  • Providing hand sanitiser in and around the hotel public areas and encouraging all staff and guests to use. 
  • QR codes with relevant information have been created to reduce check-in times.

All high traffic areas are regularly disinfected with approved cleaning products.

Our fully trained housekeeping team is completing full deep cleans of each room between each guest's stay.

We continue to follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully and we will be sure to stay in touch with you throughout this time.

Breakfast Service

Full English and Continental Buffet Breakfast is available every day.

Bar

The bar is still open from 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 12pm to 10:00pm on Sunday. 

Guest Laundry

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a guest laundry service. Please call reception if you require details of a local laundrette.

We are able to book taxis for you during your stay, please call reception and we will happily book this for you and contact your room when it arrives. Alternatively, if you would like to call them yourselves the contact number is 01903 884444.

Our guest Wifi network is: Comfort Guest Wifi. The password is: comfort1 

Upon departure, please ensure you place your room keys in the dropbox at reception

If you require a VAT receipt for your stay, please provide reception with your correct email address for us to send electronically, to limit contact.
