Spring is making a welcome return after a long winter of wet and windy weather and there’s no better place to enjoy it than in Sussex. At Comfort Inn Hotel Arundel we a located near some of the South’s most popular beauty spots.

Whether you’re looking for a convenient location or just somewhere comfortable to stay whilst you explore the local area, at Comfort Inn Arundel we are perfectly placed to help you make the most of your break.

At Comfort Inn Arundel we have both double and twin rooms available with each featuring en-suite facilities. In addition, children are very much welcome and to make family life easier, we also have adjoining rooms meaning that all of the family can get out and explore together.

Furthermore, our comfortable and modern bedrooms each have their own range of great features which includes the likes of a 32" LCD Television and Tea & Coffee making facilities. In a recent update, all of our double rooms now feature king-size beds to help you relax even more.

Chichester Harbour

Labelled as an area of outstanding beauty, Chichester Harbour sits at the edge of the Solent and offers visitors a variety of walks to explore. Whether it’s wandering around the harbour itself or wandering further afield in the direction of the popular West Witterings Beach, there is much to explore around Chichester Harbour.

With well-established walks and cycleways that run through the harbour from the centre of Chichester town, it’s the perfect place to explore and experience the fresh air. There’s also a number of pubs at which you can stop for lunch to make your day that bit more enjoyable.

Angmering Bluebell Woods

As spring slowly starts to awaken, one area of beauty is the Angmering Bluebell Woods. Located in the Angmering Park Estate the bluebells are usually in their prime towards the end of March and into April.

The Angmering Park estate is only 5 minutes away by car by being located just off the A27 Eastbound. Whilst the Bluebells are the main draw, take a moment to immerse yourself in the beauty of the rest of the estate which is situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park. From there you are able to walk or cycle around this beautiful part of the world, and the best part, you’re never to far away from Comfort Inn Arundel.

Petworth Park

For those that are looking to explore a little further and have access to a car during your stay, we’d highly recommend a visit to Petworth Park and House. Around a half hours drive from our hotel, it’s a scenic drive to the Park and allows you ample time to take in the stunning landscape that is the South Downs National Park.

Petworth is home to its famous house and surrounding grounds which are open to the public. Looked after by the national trust, the park offers a fantastic place to relax and unwind as you wander. The house can also be explored but this comes at an additional cost so do check for further information before travelling.

Once you’ve explored any of the above locations you’ll want to relax and unwind. You can do so in your comfortable room or you can enjoy our in hotel bar facilities which are open late, providing you with the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Furthermore, we serve a delicious hot or continental breakfast each morning to help you get set for your exciting day ahead!
